Mr. Dilip Dedhia -- Co-founder and CEO
He is a science graduate specializing in
Chemistry. After completing B.Sc. (Chemistry) in 1979, he started his career
as a Hardware Supplier.
Later, in 1982 he entered into the business of
manufacturing FRP Moulded products with company names “ADK Corporation” which
is now a renowned name amongst the customers and the suppliers alike for its
top quality products and prompt services. He has now well over 32 years of
experience in Fiber Reinforced Plastics (FRP) technology.
Manufacturing FRP products for the amusement
industry for Arihant Ind. Corp., FRP containers for housing batteries for
Standard Batteries, FRP Machine Covers for Oriental Colour Laboratories, just
to name a few, which are pioneers in their respective fields. Custom Moulding
for key clients is also a speciality of his proprietary firm.
Later in 2009, he joined hands with Mr. Amrit
Sanghai to form “Everlast Composites Pvt. Ltd.” This firm has indigenously
designed and developed FRP Manhole Covers & Frames in India and is a leading
supplier to various government / semi government institutions like MCGM, MTNL,
BARC, MES, etc.
Later new products have been added to the
portfolio including FRP Moulded gratings using heated moulds, FRP Tank Covers
and the latest addition being the FRP Pultrusion Machine to cater to vast
domestic as well as export markets for these products.
With best-in-class infrastructural set-up,
trained manpower and unparallel quality culture, Everlast has grown
exponentially in just a couple of years of its inception.
Amrit Sanghai – Sales and Marketing Director
He is an engineering graduate with
specialization in Mechanical Engineering. After completing his B.E.(Mech.) in
1988, he went on start his career as a manufacturer of FRP products
specialised in FRP Doors based out in city of Aurangabad (Maharashtra).
Currently, his proprietary firm is an
established name in most of the government and private institutions like PWD,
CPWD, MCGM, CIDCO, BARC, ONGC, etc. as a manufactured of high quality FRP
Doors to these companies for years.
He has now well over 22 years of experience in
Fiber Re-inforced Plastics (FRP) technology and attended various international
seminars on FRP technology and participated in various international
exhibitions across the world.
Later he moved into Mumbai, to pursue his
ambitions which later got transformed into a Private Limited Company named
“Everlast Composites Pvt. Ltd” with Mr. Dilip Dedhia.
Mr. Paras Shah – Operations Manager
He has done his graduation in engineering and
went on to complete his post graduation in management studies with
specialization in Marketing.
Looking into the day to day operations of the
company, his addition in the management team brings in fresh blood in the
organization. Having a work experience of 5 years and strong techno-commercial
knowledge has definitely helped the company in adopting new ideas.
Having worked and dealt in all the departments
including sales, marketing, production, purchase, design and development,
human resource, etc. he is deeply involved in day to day operations of the
company.
Mrs. Payal Kenia – Finance Manager
She has done her graduation in commerce and
went on to complete his post graduation in management studies with
specialization in Finance.
Looking into the finances of the company, her
addition in the management team brings in fresh blood in the organization.
Having a work experience of 3 years in banking industry and strong commercial
knowledge is strong contribution to the company.
Looking into day to day financial and
accounting affairs of the company, her addition into the company has helped
streamlining the finances of the company.
